1. Listen to me dear hearts: everyone will not like you. The kicker is some are anticipating your fall and the eating of your words but you remain steadfast and enjoy your season of all being well. Don't be deceived for they are lurking behind the: "Hey, how are yous", " Hallelujahs", "Im your confidants". Be Careful. Be Aware. & Be Loving. Don't be afraid to declare your sobriety in the midst of drunkards cause someone somewhere is looking for a twelve step program.
2. I am deserving of a perfect love even when I give in to something not so perfect. So many times we make mistakes and settle for the crumbs from the table when what we really want is steak, potatoes, vegetable medley and a cold drink. This leaves you feeling unworthy as a result of this settling factor. Know that you are deserving of bumping your head just like the next person and that doesn't make you any less deserving of what your heart desires.
3. Change occurs when your mind is made up. I can practice a willed desire and fool the world with my discipline and suffer in secret or I can have a change of mind/heart that produces a real: NO MORE. Most people that know me know that I am not a "fake it til you make it" kind of girl. Its unnecessary when freedom is available. Now go ahead girl and rock that Michelle Kora purse until Michael Kors becomes your reality but don't fake being happy when you are miserable. Deal with it head on with no apologies or you will find yourself in a self inflicted noose hanging from a tree when the curtains close from the show you just put on.
4. A woman is Gods greatest creation yet the least cultivated. Shes not refined, shes not educated, shes not sophisticated, shes not civilized, shes not nurtured but yet she carries life. As a woman who was stripped of many things as a girl and not given access to what would make me successful, I suffered. I suffered with my identity, I suffered with my worth, I suffered with my roles, I suffered with life. I suffered with health, I suffered with my mere existence. In the midst of this suffering I knew it would not be in vain. A woman carries physical life, spiritual life, emotional life, dreams, visions, aspirations, the ability to give of herself so that all else is well and flourishes yet she is dying. Because she is dying I have committed myself to speak life into her. She must know that she is the end all and be all of what is and what shall be and the world needs her. She is the ingredient that cant be left out. She is valuable. She is beautiful. She is loved. She is a force of recognition and honor. She is a mother, she is a wife, she is a homemaker, she is a community leader, she is a teacher, she is a cultivator, she is a entrepreneur, she is a visionary, she is a 9-5, 5-12 diva. She is who she is and needs exactly what she is: everything.
5. Some things and some people you must release for no
resolution exists. The quicker you move on the quicker youll be given another
opportunity or another person to do it right with the second time around…and
for some of us a third or fourth time.
6. I can laugh when I do what I said I would never do.
7. What I see in others is a direct reflection of what lies
within me.
8. The Lord really loves me…yeah I am definitely one of his
favorites.
9. I am not my hair,
I am not my weight, I am not my skin. I am a soul with experiences that
affect all three.
10. Where I go, I follow.
11. There is no greater love than accepting the love of the Father and bestowing that love upon ones self.
12. You can be the “different” one. What is and always has been doesn’t have to be.
13. Forgiveness is not a one-time decision to be whole and
move on, it is a continual every day, every minute, every second willingness to
surrender it to the Lord as some people will try you until trying no longer
exist.
14. Its not normal for someones death to be just the freedom
and release you need.
15“Me” time is important, it is imperative, it is survival. Even when you think all is sufficient you must schedule “me” time even if you have to force it. Youll thank yourself later…
16. I am what I deserve: Love.
17. A "lifeclass" is important because life doesn't come with a manual.
18. You don't get angry at people you don't care about...you dismiss them.
19. True Love can come twice.
20. Teachers don't change minds, they ignite them.
21. Relationships are work...don't give up on them so easily; your love is strengthened this way.

23. Its beneficial to attack issues, not people.
24. The less capable you are able to love someone that is imperfect; the less able you will connect that your imperfect self can indeed be loved.
25. I can be given everything that doesn't feel me up. God is sufficient for thee.
26. Sometimes you have to separate yourself to Save yourself.
27. Don't hold on to your history at the expense of your destiny. Putting energy towards where you've been can rob you of the fuel needed drive your future.
28. It takes more energy to forgive than to seek vengeance and you become stronger because of it.
29. People may be giving you all they have but because you are bigger than that you cannot be satisfied.
30. My God is bigger than I could ever imagine.
